目的:对复方调脂胶囊中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量测定方法进行研究。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Elite C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(20∶80);流速0.8 mL/min;检测波长320 nm。结果:该法平均回收率为98.36%(n=6)。结论:建立了一种操作简便、重复性良好的高效液相色谱法测定复方调脂胶囊中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷,该法可用于复方调脂胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To study the determination of 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Compound Tiaozhi Capsule. Methods: Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used with a column of Elite C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- water (20:80). The flow rate was 0.8 mL / min. Results: The average recovery rate was 98.36% (n = 6). CONCLUSION: A simple and reproducible HPLC method for the determination of 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Compound Tiaozhi Capsule was established. This method can be used for the quality control of Compound Tiaozhi capsule.
