目的:对西医联合针灸以及桂芍知母汤在类风湿性关节炎患者中的治疗效果进行分析。方法:100例类风湿性关节炎患者,遵照随机原则分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组行西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗上行针灸与桂芍知母汤治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组治愈率为96.00%(48/50),对照组治愈率为80.00%(40/50),观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组晨僵时间、疼痛评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西医治疗的基础上,辅助使用针灸与桂芍知母汤对类风湿性关节炎患者进行治疗,可起到提升疗效,改善晨僵与关节疼痛情况的作用。
Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of western medicine combined with acupuncture and Guishao Zhimu Tang on patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: 100 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases each. The control group was treated with western medicine, while the observation group was treated with acupuncture and Zhizhu Zhimu Decoction in the control group. Compare the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results: After the treatment, the cure rate of the observation group was 96.00% (48/50). The cure rate of the control group was 80.00% (40/50). The observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of morning stiffness and pain in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of western medicine treatment, acupuncture and Guizhao Zhimu decoction are used to treat patients with rheumatoid arthritis, which can improve the curative effect and improve morning stiffness and joint pain.
