对4根矩形截面高强钢筋混凝土梁进行静力抗弯试验,并结合现行规范分析了构件的受力特征、正截面承载能力、裂缝和挠度。结果表明,400 MPa细晶粒高强钢筋混凝土梁的受力特征与普通钢筋混凝土梁相同,混凝土平均应变沿截面保持平面;构件实测受弯承载力和裂缝平均间距与规范计算值符合较好,仍可按现行规范进行计算;最大裂缝宽度不适宜按现行规范进行计算;构件挠度按现行规范计算的理论值较试验实测值稍小,建议将规范的刚度计算公式乘以0.85的折减系数进行调整;在正常使用状态下构件裂缝宽度、挠度均满足现行规范要求。
Four high-strength RC beams with rectangular cross-section were tested for static bending strength. Combined with the existing codes, the force characteristics, load carrying capacity, crack and deflection of members were analyzed. The results show that the mechanical characteristics of 400 MPa fine-grained high-strength RC beams are the same as that of ordinary RC beams, and the average strain of concrete keeps the plane along the section. The measured flexural bearing capacity and the average spacing of cracks agree well with the calculated values, The maximum crack width is not suitable for calculation according to the current codes; the theoretical value of component deflection calculated according to the current standard is slightly smaller than the actual measured value; it is suggested to multiply the normalized stiffness calculation formula by the reduction factor of 0.85 ; Under normal conditions, the crack width and deflection of the components meet the current specifications.
