本文研究了甘肃省苦水玫瑰精油的化学成分,测定了其物理化学指标.比重、折光、旋光、凝固点、酸值、碘值、酯值和游离醇的含量与世界闻名的保加利亚玫瑰油十分接近,(见表一),用毛细管气相色谱和Gc/Ms法从苦次玫瑰精油中鉴定出43个组分,(见表二),主要成分β—香茅醇、香叶醇和薄荷醇的含量高达68%,用Gc和IR法对比研究了不同区域玫瑰油的特性,(见表三和图Ⅰ—Ⅴ)。
This paper studied the chemical composition of rose oil in bitter water in Gansu Province and determined its physical and chemical indicators. The specific gravity, refractive index, optical rotation, freezing point, acid value, iodine value, ester value and free alcohol content were very close to the world-famous Bulgarian rose oil. (See Table 1). 43 components were identified from the oil of bitter rose oil by capillary gas chromatography and Gc/Ms method (see Table 2). The contents of main components β-citronellol, geraniol and menthol were as high as At 68%, the characteristics of rose oil in different regions were compared using Gc and IR methods (see Table 3 and Figure I-V).
