《金阊佳丽图》卷为叶公绰旧藏,绢本设色,纵三十厘米,横二百六十八厘米,作者为明代画家谢时臣(一四八八-一五六七)。该卷有王徲登隶书引首和行书跋。从卷本目前的状况分析,可能是一个残卷,即被后世好事者割去了起首和结尾。何以见得?此卷目前起首处即为阊门吊桥,即阊门陆门入口(旁边为水门)。阊门作为《金阊佳丽图》卷的中心,根据一般的规律,它出现在卷首的可能不大。相信有绘画创作和欣赏经验的人士不会反对这个推理。其次,王徲登与谢时臣是同时期的人,谢时
