运用药效动力学研究方法观察了灭活对当归补血汤合药血清抑制小鼠肝组织过氧化脂质生成作用的影响。结果表明,灭活后当归补血汤含药血清的K_e、t_(1/2)(Ke)、t_d、t_p等药效动力学参数均较灭活前为低,而X_(min)、K_a、t_(1/2)(K_a)等药效动力学参数均较灭活前为高。说明灭活可降低当归补血汤含药血清对小鼠肝组织过氧化脂质生成的抑制作用,但其降低作用并不明显,对实验结果无明显影响。
The pharmacodynamics study was used to observe the effect of inactivation on the lipid peroxidation of liver tissue in mice treated with serum of Danggui Buxue Decoction. The results showed that the pharmacodynamic parameters such as K_e, t_(1/2)(Ke), t_d, t_p, etc. of Dangguibuxue decoction serum after inactivation were lower than those before inactivation, and X_(min), K_a, The pharmacodynamic parameters such as t_(1/2)(K_a) were higher than those before inactivation. It was shown that inactivation could reduce the inhibitory effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction serum on lipid peroxidation in liver tissue of mice, but its reduction effect was not obvious and had no significant effect on the experimental results.
