剪切力是钢筋切断机设计的主要数据之一。根据剪切力大小,进行刀片寿命计算,机体的强度校核,曲轴、连杆等零件强度计算;进而确定电机功率。目前由于对棒料的剪切过程以及应力应变没有确切了解,故不能直接进行上述计算。为此,我们对GQ40-1型切断机进行了剪切力电测。选用了φ40、φ32材料为A3及φ32材料为25Mn三种类型,剪切深度对剪切力的影响通过加刀垫进行测试。一、剪切力电测曲线的分析处理 1.剪切力曲线的建立钢筋切断机的剪切力是随时间变化的
Shear force is one of the main data for the design of steel cutters.
