对经固溶处理的,含碳和镍量不同的两种18—8型奥氏体不锈钢进行从小到大,直至超过90%变形度的大变形量冷塑性变形,并配以300℃左右低温回火强化处理,研究其金相组织和力学性能变化。试验结果表明,形变诱发马氏体的产生符合镍当量规律,镍当量为22.65%的18—8型奥氏体不锈钢(称为Ⅱ型钢)在室温下形变能较明显地产生形变诱发马氏体;形变诱发马氏体量将随形交度加大而增加;形变诱发马氏体(a’)的产生对奥氏体不锈钢的形变强化作出了附加的贡献,不仅使钢获得高强度,而且具有优良的综合性能。目前已用于钢丝生产,对改进钢丝产品质量有显著效果。经鉴定,Φ0.5~1.20毫米规格的牙科用不锈钢丝的主要技术性能指标已达到英国ASH同类产品水平。
