今天的中国有着社会和平,经济繁荣,公共设施完善、人民生活水平不断提高,购买力不断增强的良好的投资和旅游环境。因此,不少国内或国际的著名酒店品牌纷纷选择在我国各大城市,尤其是旅游城市,兴起了快节奏、大规模的投资建设热潮,酒店业呈现出一片欣欣向荣的前景。但是,蓬勃发展的同时,我们不得不看到,现今我国的酒店行业,实在是面临着一个相当严重的发展瓶颈,那就是难以招聘员工及员工流失率过高的境况。原因何在又如何解决,正是本文的研究所在。
Today China has a good environment for investment and tourism with social peace, economic prosperity, perfect public facilities, continuous improvement of people’s living standards, and ever-increasing purchasing power. Therefore, many well-known domestic or international hotel brands have chosen to fast-paced and large-scale investment and construction boom in major cities in our country, especially in tourist cities. The hotel industry has shown a thriving prospect. However, while booming, we have to see that the hotel industry in our country now faces a rather serious bottleneck in development. That is, it is difficult to recruit staff and staff turnover is too high. The reason why how to solve, it is the research of this article.
