由于现如今的房价非常不稳定,特别是一些中大型城市的房价更是年年升高,这对于平民家庭来说一个巨大的负担。国家有关部门针对房价问题提出了限价商品房的政策,有效缓解了房价的问题,但是,限价商品房依旧存在一些问题没有完善。本文重点以限价商品房政策作为研究对象,提出完善限价商品房的一些意见和建议。
Due to the very unstable housing prices nowadays, housing prices in some large and medium-sized cities are especially increasing year by year, which is a huge burden on civilian families. Relevant departments of the state put forward a policy of limiting the price of commercial housing for the issue of housing prices, effectively alleviating the problem of housing prices. However, there are still some problems that limit the price of commercial housing are not perfect. This article focuses on the policy of price of commercial housing as a research object, put forward some suggestions to improve the price of commercial housing.
