目的:建立续断中总酚酸与绿原酸含量分析的方法,研究重庆产续断中总酚酸与绿原酸的含量。方法:采用FeCl3-K3[Fe(CN)6]比色法测定续断中总酚酸的含量;采用HPLC法测定续断中绿原酸的含量。结果:不同产地续断中总酚酸与绿原酸的含量均存在一定差异,但总酚酸含量约在19.305~21.766 mg.g-1以上,绿原酸含量约为2.514~2.721 mg.g-1。结论:本方法适用于续断中酚酸类物质的质量分析,可以为续断药材的质量评价提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of total phenolic acids and chlorogenic acid content in severed fruits and to study the content of total phenolic acids and chlorogenic acid in the continuous cropping of Chongqing. Methods: The content of total phenolic acids was determined by FeCl3-K3 [Fe (CN) 6] colorimetric method. The contents of chlorogenic acid in the samples were determined by HPLC. Results: The content of total phenolic acids and chlorogenic acid in different producing areas were different, but the content of total phenolic acids was above 19.305 ~ 21.766 mg.g-1, and the content of chlorogenic acid was about 2.514 ~ 2.721 mg.g. -1. CONCLUSION: The method is suitable for the quality analysis of phenolic acids in severed medicine, which can provide a reference for the quality evaluation of severed medicinal materials.
