本文报告在8l例间歇性外斜视中,发现11例远距离,定性和定量无立体视;而近距离立体视正常。同视机双眼视觉检查:正常视网膜对应1例,异常视网膜对应5例,视网膜对应缺如5例,这一现象表明,对斜视等眼病必须远近立体视双相测定,现行国内外只使用远或近单相法来评定立体视功能,诊断立体盲有片面性,不规范,作者还就远近立体视的差异产生机制进行了讨论。
This article reports 8l cases of intermittent exotropia, found in 11 cases of long-distance, qualitative and quantitative non-stereopsis; and close-range stereopsis normal. The same as binocular visual inspection: normal retinal correspondence in 1 case, abnormal retinal correspondence in 5 cases, retinal lack of correspondence in 5 cases, this phenomenon shows that the strabismus and other eye diseases must be near and far stereoscopic biphasic determination of the current domestic and foreign use only far or Near single-phase method to assess the stereopsis, stereoscopic blindness diagnosis of one-sidedness, non-standard, the author also discussed the mechanism of distance generation of stereoscopic differences.
