我们在工作中遇到如图1所示的加工零件,这种零件内部有一个小锥孔,由于没有专用加工刀具,在普通车床上加工,难以达到原零件的技术要求。经过我们的努力尝试,设计了一种锥形样板刀具,可以在普通车床上加工小锥孔。加工时分为两道工序进行。第一道是先用钻头分段加工成阶梯圆柱孔,第二道再用锥形样板刀具一次加工成小锥孔。第一道工序——加工内孔,加工零件的材料为黄铜,先用直径6毫米的钻头,按照图2所示的孔长尺寸加工,再用直径8毫米的钻头加工,
