目的 :研究不同速率牵张延长山羊下颌骨后下齿槽动静脉的变化和新骨组织内血管生成情况。方法 :8只成年山羊随机分为 3组 ,A组 (3只 )以 1 0mm/d牵张 ,B组 (3只 )以 2 0mm/d牵张 ,C组 (2只 )为对照。A、B两组均牵张延长下颌 10mm ,于牵张结束固定后第 2周时处死动物 ,取牵张区下齿槽动静脉及新骨组织行组织学和定量组织学研究 ,观察下齿槽血管的管壁厚度和管径大小变化 ,以及新骨中微血管数量变化。结果 :两种速率牵张后均未见下齿槽血管壁有病理性改变 ,但 2 0mm/d组的血管管径变小 ,管壁变薄 ,与对照组相比有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。 1 0mm/d牵张后微血管密度较 2 0mm/d牵张后微血管密度高 ,且新生骨小梁更为成熟 ,其差异具有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :下颌骨牵张后下齿槽血管无明显变化 ,但快速牵张可能对牵张间隙内血管生成有不良影响
OBJECTIVE: To study the changes of posterior inferior alveolar artery and veins and the angiogenesis in new bone of rabbits mandibular under different rates of stretch. Methods: Eight adult goats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group A (3) were distracted at 10 mm / L, group B (3) at 20 mm / d, and group C (2) as control. The rabbits in group A and B both extended and elongated the mandible 10 mm, and the animals were sacrificed at the second week after the end of stretch. The histological and quantitative histological study of the inferior alveolar artery and new bone in the distraction area was performed. Slit vessel wall thickness and tube size changes, as well as the number of new bone microvessel changes. Results: No pathological changes of the alveolar wall were observed after the two rates of stretch, but the diameter of the vessel in 20 mm / d group became smaller and the wall of the vessel thinner compared with the control group (P <0 0 5). The microvessel density after 10 mm / d stretch was higher than that after 20 mm / d stretch, and the newborn trabeculae were more mature, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: There is no significant change in mandibular alveolar vessels after distraction, but rapid distraction may have an adverse effect on angiogenesis in distraction gap
