众所周知,直接测定钛合金中的稀土难度较大,这是因为含量较低,加之基体钛的干扰又大,一般采用先分离后测定的方法,不仅分析手续冗长,且测定结果亦不理想。根据偶氮胂DBS[3-(2-胂酸苯偶氮)-6-(2,6-二溴-4-磺酸苯偶氮)-4,5-二羟基-2,7-萘二磺酸],是一种新的稀土显色剂,具有准确度高,选择性和稳定性好的特点,本文试验了偶氮胂DBS与铈组稀土形成有色络合物的条件和性质,提出了在0.32M的盐酸介质中,采用联合掩蔽剂掩蔽基体钛和测定微量铈组稀土的分柝方法,可快速、准确地测定0.015
