目的探讨健康信念模式应用于社区儿童疫苗及时接种中的效果。方法选取2014年1月~2015年1月需进行社区儿童疫苗接种的儿童家长110名,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组儿童家长实施常规教育干预,观察组儿童家长在采取常规健康教育的基础上,给予健康信念模式教育。观察和分析两组家长的健康教育干预效果,比较健康教育干预前后两组家长对及时接种疫苗的认知、态度及行为变化,对比儿童疫苗及时接种率。结果观察组55名家长患者在接受健康信念模式下的健康教育干预后,家长对疫苗及时接种认识、态度及行为与对照组相比有明显变化,P<0.05。观察组儿童及时进行疫苗接种率明显优于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论采用健康信念模式健康教育开展社区儿童疫苗接种工作,有利于增强社区儿童家长对及时进行疫苗接种的正确认识,改善家长态度及行为,提升社区儿童疫苗及时接种率,有利于保障儿童健康发展,具有良好的干预效果。
Objective To explore the effect of applying health belief mode on timely vaccination of children in community. Methods A total of 110 children were enrolled in this study from January 2014 to January 2015. The children were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Children in control group were given routine education intervention. Children in observation group were enrolled in routine health education On the basis of health education to give pattern education. Observe and analyze the effect of intervention on health education of parents in two groups. Compare the cognition, attitude and behaviors of parents in two groups before and after the intervention of health education, and compare the timely vaccination rate of children. Results In the observation group of 55 parents after receiving health education and health intervention, the awareness, attitude and behavior of vaccination were significantly different from those of the control group (P <0.05). The observation group of children vaccinated in time was significantly better than the control group, P <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusions The adoption of healthy and faithful pattern health education to promote community-based child vaccination will help enhance the awareness of parents of children in the community about timely vaccination, improve parents’ attitudes and behavior, and enhance the timely vaccination rate of children’s vaccines in the community, which will help ensure the healthy development of children, Has a good effect of intervention.
