《压水堆核电厂核安全有关的混凝土结构设计要求》(NB/T 20012—2010)中规定了压水堆核电站混凝土结构的构造要求,同《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)中的规定基本相同。《美国核安全相关混凝土结构规范》(ACI 349-13)中亦有核安全相关混凝土结构的构造要求规定。以上述三本规范为基础,结合其他规范及手册,比较了中、美两国核电厂钢筋混凝土结构设计规范中关于混凝土保护层、钢筋锚固、钢筋连接、钢筋间距等构造方面的规定,便于设计、施工人员在国内在建AP1000三代核电站设计和施工中参考,以便设计、施工人员在保证安全的前提下进行材料替换等工作,也为国家标准《核电厂混凝土结构技术标准》的编制提供参考。从对比结果看,美国核电厂钢筋混凝土结构的构造要求是严于我国目前的核电厂规定的。
The Design Requirements of Concrete Structures Related to Nuclear Safety of PWR Nuclear Power Plants (NB / T 20012-2010) stipulate the structural requirements for concrete structures of PWR nuclear power plants, as specified in the “Code for Design of Concrete Structures” (GB 50010-2010) Basically the same provisions. The “Code of Practice for Concrete Structures Related to Nuclear Safety in the United States” (ACI 349-13) also provides for the construction requirements of concrete structures related to nuclear safety. Based on the above three norms and other specifications and manuals, the regulations on the design of reinforced concrete structures of nuclear power plants in China and the United States are compared with those of the concrete protection layer, the anchorage of steel bars, the connections of steel bars and the spacing of reinforcing bars, etc. to facilitate the design , The construction workers are making reference to the design and construction of AP1000 III nuclear power plants under construction in China so as to facilitate the replacement of materials by design and construction personnel under the premise of ensuring safety and provide references for the compilation of national standards for concrete structures of nuclear power plants. From the comparison results, the structural requirements of the US nuclear power plant reinforced concrete structures are stricter than the current provisions of China’s nuclear power plants.
