1994年6月6日曹县安仁集乡大石楼行政村武集自然村村民胡某一家因食用九姑牌可乐饮料造成2人有机磷农药(乐果)中毒,其中死亡1人。一、中毒经过1994年6月6日下午3时许,胡某在本村代销点购买4瓶可乐饮料,带回家中6人分食。其中胡某和其母亲胡朱氏同饮一瓶,饮后20分钟发病。其余4人均未发病。乡村医生诊断为有机磷农药中毒,注射药品后送乡卫生院,胡某经抢救20分钟后死亡。胡朱氏经乡、县医院治疗脱离危险。二、临床表现胡朱氏和胡某进食量约50-200克不等。潜伏期约20分钟,主要症状有口吐白沫,肌肉震颤,瞳孔缩小,口唇发疳,呼吸不规则。有机磷中毒症状较典型。
