为研究银鲳幼鱼在不同盐度环境中的耐受状况,选取平均质量为(1.004±0.188)g的银鲳幼鱼作为试验对象,设置12、20和28三个盐度梯度,分别在0 d、0.5 d、1 d、2 d、4 d、8 d取样,检测皮质醇、热休克蛋白-70、溶菌酶、碱性磷酸酶、Na+-K+-ATP酶活性这些应激和免疫指标的变化,并记录各盐度下银鲳幼鱼的存活率。试验结果表明,银鲳幼鱼在三个盐度环境中养殖8 d的存活率无显著性差异。应激指标的结果显示,皮质醇比热休克蛋白更能体现机体的应激程度,银鲳幼鱼经8 d恢复至正常水平,盐度12环境中应激程度较其他两个盐度强,但到第8 d三个盐度下并无显著差异。银鲳幼鱼在养殖过程中溶菌酶、碱性磷酸酶、Na+-K+-ATP酶活性呈现不同的变化趋势,盐度变化对溶菌酶、Na+-K+-ATP酶活性影响较大,至第8 d各盐度下均无显著性差异。因此,银鲳幼鱼在不同盐度环境中养殖应激程度和免疫水平不同,至第8 d三个盐度下均无显著差异,表明银鲳幼鱼对低盐的适应能力较强。

The experimental results showed that there was no significant difference in the survival rate of juvenile silver fishes cultured for three days in three salinity environments. The results of stress indicators showed that cortisol could reflect the degree of stress better than heat shock protein, and the juvenile Agkistrodon glaucoma returned to normal level after 8 d. The salinity 12 environment was more stress than the other two salinities, However, there was no significant difference between the three salinity levels on the 8th day. The activities of lysozyme, alkaline phosphatase and Na + -K + -ATP showed different trends during the breeding process. The changes of salinity had a significant effect on the activity of lysozyme and Na + -K + d no significant difference between the salinity. Therefore, juvenile silverfishes had different levels of stress and immunity in different salinity environments, and no significant differences were found in the three salinity levels on the 8th day, indicating that juvenile silver fishes are more adaptive to low salt.
