听课,是促进教师专业化发展的一条重要途径,也是学校校本教研工作的一个重要方面。但目前大多数学校,校内听课只为完成任务,往往流于形式;校外听课也偏重于交流评议,热热闹闹“走”一回。听课,走入了形式化的误区,没有达到预期的效果。到底怎样听课、听怎样的课,才能更好地引领教师发展?笔者在教学实践和管理中深刻体会到,听好三类课能够使教师得到最大限度
Listening to classes is an important way to promote the professional development of teachers. It is also an important aspect of school-based teaching and research. However, at present, most schools and in-school lectures are only for accomplishing tasks, and they tend to be in the form of formalities. The lectures outside schools also emphasize the exchange of commentary and bothering to go back once. Learners, into the formal errors, did not achieve the desired results. In the end how to take lectures, what kind of lectures can we lead the development of teachers better? The author deeply understands in teaching practice and management that listening to the three kinds of lectures can make the teachers get the maximum
