对云芝肝泰冲剂、复肝宁采用随机的双盲对照方法和敏感的Abbott试剂进行了临床观察后测试,初步结果显示该二药对肝功能无明显改善,对HBsAg、HBeAg、HBV-DNA阴转亦无明显效果。
The Yunzhi Ganteng Granule and Fuganning were tested by randomized double-blind control method and sensitive Abbott reagent. The preliminary results showed that the two drugs had no significant improvement on the liver function, and the HBsAg, HBeAg, HBV-DNA Negative no significant effect.
