深圳市坪山新区居民膳食碘摄入量评估

目的分析、评估坪山新区居民碘摄入情况,为指导居民科学补碘提供依据。方法以多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法抽取90户居民,采用称重法和三日记账法开展膳食调查。根据调查结果制备食品样品进行碘含量的检测。结果坪山新区居民标准人日碘摄入量168.3μg/d,各年龄组碘摄入量与推荐量差异无统计学意义;14岁以上人群碘摄入量性别间差异无统计学意义;人群不同活动强度间摄入量差异无统计学意义。结果显示,人群中碘摄入量分布极不均匀,17.92%的人碘摄入在推荐摄入量(RNI)范围之内,77.67%的人存在碘摄入不足的风险。结论坪山新区居民存在碘摄入不足的风险,应加大对碘缺乏造成危害严重性的宣传教育,重点关注孕产妇及婴幼儿碘的摄入,促进人体健康。 Objective To analyze and assess the iodine intake of residents in Pingshan New District and provide the basis for residents’ scientific iodization. Methods A total of 90 households were sampled by multistage stratified random sampling method and the dietary survey was conducted by weighing method and three days accounting method. According to the results of the preparation of food samples iodine content detection. Results The daily intake of iodine in residents in Pingshan New District was 168.3μg / d, there was no significant difference between the iodine intake and the recommended amount in all age groups. There was no significant difference in the iodine intake among the population over 14 years old; Activity intensity between the intake of no significant difference. The results showed that iodine intake in the population was extremely unevenly distributed, with 17.92% human iodine intake within the recommended intake (RNI) range and 77.67% risk of insufficient iodine intake. Conclusion Residents in Pingshan New District have the risk of inadequate intake of iodine. Publicity and education on the seriousness of the harm caused by iodine deficiency should be intensified. The intake of iodine in pregnant women and infants and young children should be closely monitored to promote human health.
