混凝土是水利水电工程中运用最广的材料之一,合理选择施工工艺对大坝的施工质量具有显著影响。文章结合某水电在建工程碾压混凝土现场及室内试验,确定了最佳混凝土的水胶比、配合比及合理经济的碾压施工工艺。
Concrete is one of the most widely used materials in water conservancy and hydropower projects. Reasonable choice of construction technology has a significant impact on dam construction quality. Combined with the RCC construction site test and indoor test of a hydropower project under construction, the optimal ratio of water to binder, the ratio of mixing and reasonable and economical roller compaction process are determined.
