面对竞争日益激烈的市场,越来越多的企业将目光投向了培训,因为竞争的本质就是人的竞争!而秉承“治病救人”为己任的医院,更应在职工培训上出大力气、下大功夫,要考虑的绝不仅仅局限于如何招聘到好的人才,关键还有如何使人才在工作岗位上永不褪色。医务人员观念、知识和技能的不断更新和改进,是医院的持续发展力!本文在肯定了培训重要意义的基础上,简要地阐述了培训的基本内容和在中国存在的问题,并探讨了医院培训员工的有效途径。
