Objective To understand the driving status and physical health status of locomotive flight attendants after speeding up the railway in order to take effective measures to improve the driving adaptability of locomotive crew and ensure the safety of railway transport production. Methods The dynamic ambulatory ECG was monitored by locomotive crew members wearing the Holter monitor during the period from the start of ride to the end of departure. The statistical analysis method was used to monitor the locomotive heart rate variability. Results During the whole work process, the fastest heart rate in the study group was significantly different from that in the control group (P <0.01), which indicated that the occupational stress in the study group was higher. In each period, all the normal heart rate The standard deviation (SDNN) of NN was lower than the normal value (P <0.01). The average LF / HF amplitude of the study group in each test phase was statistically significant compared with the control group Significance (P <0.01), suggesting that the research team members in the driving process of sympathetic high excitability. Conclusion The locomotive crew has certain functional changes in the cardiovascular system, occupational stress is relatively high.
