随着保险市场竞争的激烈,保险公司顺应自身战略发展需要而进行裁员,是保险公司理性的人力资源退出行为。保险公司裁员分为三种类型,即经济性裁员、结构性裁员和优化性裁员。保险公司不当裁员会产生以下的负面作用:人才流失;员工士气低落;成为同业挖角对象;造成公司经营秘密泄密。保险公司裁员可分为三个步骤:裁员前的规划设计、裁员过程中的组织控制和裁员后的组织整合,结合每一步骤均有应注意的问题。
With the intense competition in the insurance market, insurance companies downsizing in line with their own strategic development needs is the rational exit of human resources by insurance companies. Layoffs of insurance companies are divided into three types, namely, economic layoffs, structural layoffs and optimized layoffs. Improper layoffs by insurance companies can have the following negative effects: the loss of talent; the low morale of employees; the target of hiring workers in the same industry; causing the company to secretly leak business secrets. Layoffs of insurance companies can be divided into three steps: planning and design before layoffs, organizational control during layoffs and organizational consolidation after layoffs, combining issues that should be noticed at each step.
