目的分析探究对实施子宫肌瘤切除术的患者采用右美托咪定腰硬麻醉的临床疗效.方法选取本院2016年11月至2019年11月接受并治疗的子宫肌瘤患者共180例,患者均行子宫肌瘤切除术,以随机的方式将患者分为两组,观察组和对照组例数平均,每组90例.两组术前均实施腰硬麻醉,观察组采用右美托咪定腰硬麻醉,对照组采用丙泊酚.密切记录患者各项指标,术后对比两组患者不良反应发生情况,包括烦躁、疼痛、瘙痒、恶心呕吐;对比两组镇静效果,包括Ramsay评分、脑电双频指数(BIS);对比两组生命体征,包括患者心率(HR)和平均
