目的，探讨白色白内障超声乳化术的治疗效果和手术技巧。，方法：对15眼（15例）白色白内障实行超声乳化术，并通过无缝线切口植入人工晶体，结果：晶体核乳化匕眼均成功，平均乳化时间2分20秒，术后探眼视力在0.5以上占86.7％，结论：提高手术技巧是手术成功的关键，可以避免和减轻术中术后并发症，
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and surgical technique of white cataract phacoemulsification. Methods: Phacoemulsification was performed in 15 eyes (15 cases) of white cataract and implanted intraocular lens (IOL) through sutureless incision. Results: The nucleus of phacoemulsification were both successful and the average emulsification time was 2 minutes and 20 seconds. Visual acuity of 0.5% or more accounted for 86.7%, Conclusion: to improve surgical skills is the key to the success of surgery to avoid and reduce intraoperative and postoperative complications,
