目的针对品管圈活动提高手术室护理满意度、降低差错率的效果进行观察。方法选取2015年1月~2017年1月,到我院进行手术治疗的80例患者,作为观察组。选取同期开展品管圈活动前的80例患者作为对照组。分析两组患者的临床资料,对比两组患者手术室护理情况。结果与对照组对比,观察组患者手术物品准备完善率、护理工作的满意率显著提高,护理差错率、手术切口感染率明显降低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论应用品管圈活动,能够显著提高手术室护理满意度,降低差错率,提升手术物品准备完善率,减少手术切口感染,应用效果显著。
Objective To improve the operating room nursing satisfaction and reduce the error rate in the quality control circle. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 80 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the observation group. Select the same period before the conduct of QC activities of the 80 patients as a control group. The clinical data of two groups of patients were analyzed, and the operating room care was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the satisfaction rate of nursing work, the nursing error rate and the surgical incision infection rate in observation group were significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of quality control ring activities can significantly improve the operating room nursing satisfaction, reduce the error rate, improve the preparation of surgical items to improve the rate and reduce the surgical incision infection, the application of significant results.
