本文目的是对1985-2010年广州市社会空间结构演变进行跟踪研究。首先,利用第六次全国人口普查数据,运用因子生态分析方法对广州市2010年社会区进行分析,提取出7个主因子并划分7类社会区;并与2000年和1985年的广州市社会区研究作对比。结果发现:1社会区影响主因子大多具有持续性,且持续作用在增强,个别非持续性主因子具有鲜明的时代特征;2 1985-2000年,社会区演变以类型更替为主,地域空间分异为辅,2000-2010年,则反之;3证实了2000年研究提出的基于老城区发展、基于工业和教育“飞地”发展和基于农村社区发展的社会区演变模式存在,同时总结出基于近郊小城镇发展的社会区演变新模式;4社会空间结构演变受市场机制、行政机制和家庭生命周期机制共同作用。
The purpose of this paper is to follow up the evolution of social space structure in Guangzhou from 1985 to 2010. First of all, using the sixth national census data, using the method of factor ecological analysis to analyze the social area of Guangzhou in 2010, extracting seven main factors and classifying seven types of social areas; and comparing with the social status of Guangzhou in 2000 and 1985 District study for comparison. The main findings are as follows: 1 Most of the main social influence factors have persistence and their continuous effect has been strengthened. Individual non-persistent main factors have distinct characteristics of the times. 2 From 1985 to 2000, the evolution of social areas is dominated by type alternation, Different from 2000 to 2010, and vice versa. 3 It confirms the existence of the evolution of the social areas based on the development of the Old City, the development of industry and education, “enclaves” and the development of rural communities proposed by the study in 2000, and at the same time concludes A new model for the evolution of social areas based on the development of small cities and towns in the suburbs; 4 The evolution of the social space structure is influenced by market mechanisms, administrative mechanisms and family life-cycle mechanisms.
