Sexual relations have always been the focus of feminist writers. Gender is also the common theme of many works by Colleen McCullough. The two sexes in her work used to be in a state of confrontation: women are generally alienated and the male world is in a state of incompleteness. However, after a period of settling, the women in her works broke through their limitations and embarked on a journey of self-seeking. With the help of men, they sought the best way to realize their self-worth. Men also learned from Disgusting traditional speakers turn into perfect men in the new era. The dissertation mainly analyzes the thinking of gender relations in the novel by Colleen McCullough and its current significance.
