目的建立超声波震荡法提取茶叶中的六六六,滴滴涕残留的方法。方法采用石油醚∶丙酮(5∶1,体积分数)超声波提取样品,浓硫酸净化,气相色谱法测定。结果采用超声波振荡法替代摇床振荡法提取样品中的六六六和滴滴涕的回收率为75.8%~88.3%;采用国标摇床震荡法和超声波振荡法2种提取方式对茶叶中六六六和滴滴涕残留量测定结果进行相关分析发现,二者呈显著正相关(r=0.963~1.000,P<0.01)。结论该方法达到农药残留检测要求,并缩短提取时间10 min。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the extraction of BHC and DDT from tea by ultrasonic vibration. Methods The samples were extracted with petroleum ether: acetone (5: 1, volume fraction), purified by concentrated sulfuric acid and determined by gas chromatography. Results The recovery rate of HCH and DDT extracted by ultrasonic vibration method was 75.8% ~ 88.3%. The extraction methods of shaking table method and ultrasonic vibration method of GB were used to evaluate the yield of BHC and The results of DDT determination showed that there was a significant positive correlation between them (r = 0.963-1.000, P <0.01). Conclusion The method meets the requirements of pesticide residue detection and shortens the extraction time by 10 min.
