轧机机架是轧机设计的关键另件,它重量大,尺寸大,承受的载荷大,结构特殊,应力分布复杂。 在2050mm热带钢连轧机工作机座的方案设计过程中,为了探索机架的合理结构,尽量减轻重量,参考了机架结构设计的有关资料和优化结果,初步选定了重量基本相同的两种具有代表性的机架结构。为进行对比,对两个机架分别作了平面光弹应力分析。分别测定其在工作载荷下的应力分布,并对应力最大部位的光测结果与有限元计算结果作了对照,从而在两种结构中选出了较合理的机架结构。
Rolling mill stands are the key components of the rolling mill design. They are heavy, large in size, large in load, special in structure and complicated in stress distribution. In order to explore the reasonable structure of the rack and minimize the weight in the scheme design of the work stand of the 2050mm hot strip tandem rolling mill, with reference to the relevant data and optimization results of the rack structure design, two kinds of materials with basically the same weight A representative rack structure. For comparison, plane photoelastic stress analysis was done on the two racks respectively. The stress distribution under the working load was measured respectively. The results of the optical measurement at the maximum part of the stress were compared with the results of the finite element calculation, so that a more reasonable rack structure was selected from the two structures.
