本实验观察了脾切除对狭窄冠脉血流量变化的影响。结果表明,重度冠脉狭窄时,缺血心肌区血液中PC降低,Rc增加,CBF_(LAD)逐渐减少,体循环血液中PC表现为明显进行性升高。切除脾脏后狭窄冠脉,缺血心肌区血液中PC仍有降低,但体循环血液中PC则未见明显变化,同时RC降低,CBF_(LAD)随缺血时间延长而减少的现象消失。提示,心肌缺血时,通过脾脏释放作用使体循环血液中PC升高这一效应,可增强缺血心肌区血小板功能的异常变化,进而减少狭窄冠脉血流量。
This experiment observed the effect of splenectomy on the changes of stenosis coronary flow. The results showed that in severe coronary artery stenosis, PC in ischemic myocardium was decreased, Rc was increased, CBF_ (LAD) was gradually decreased, and PC in circulation blood was significantly increased. However, PC in the ischemic myocardium was still decreased after resection of the spleen, but there was no significant change in the PC in the systemic blood circulation. At the same time, the RC decreased and the disappearance of CBF_ (LAD) with the prolongation of the ischemic time disappeared. Tip, myocardial ischemia, release of the role of the spleen through the body so that blood circulation in the PC, this effect can enhance ischemic myocardial abnormalities in platelet function, and thus reduce the stenosis of coronary blood flow.
