中煤朔州格瑞特矸石电厂两台锅炉是上海锅炉厂有限公司生产的SG-480/13.73-M型循环流化床锅炉,分别于2009年4月和9月相继投产运行。由于这两台循环流化床锅炉是上海锅炉厂首次生产的480 t/h炉型,设计上虽在原440 t/h炉型上做了一些优化调整,但是系统结构上还存在一些缺陷,加上运行人员对CFB锅炉认识上有差距,运行调整经验少,导致机组自投运以来多次出现问题,影响了机组的安全经济运行。为了提高机组运行健康水平,电厂不断摸索、调整,总结了大量好的经验和方法,采取了诸多保证锅炉安全运行的措施,取得
