目的:探究多平面重建技术在16层螺旋CT临床诊断周围型肺癌的应用效果。方法:以我院就诊治疗的68例周围型肺癌患者作为此次研究对象,分析多平面重建技术在16层螺旋CT临床诊断周围型肺癌的应用效果。结果:多平面重建诊断过程中64例分叶征、62例细短毛刺征、64例血管集束征均高于薄层扫描,两种诊断方式结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多平面重建技术在16层螺旋CT临床诊断周围型肺癌的应用效果良好,肺癌检测准确度较高,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore the application effect of multiplanar reconstruction in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer by 16-slice spiral CT. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with peripheral lung cancer treated in our hospital were selected as the study object. The application effect of multiplanar reconstruction in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer by 16-slice spiral CT was analyzed. Results: 64 cases of lobectomy, 62 cases of short and short burr signs and 64 cases of vascular bundles sign were higher than those of lamina scanning in the diagnosis of multiplanar reconstruction. The difference between the two diagnostic methods was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The multiplanar reconstruction technique has a good effect in the clinical diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer with 16-slice spiral CT. The detection accuracy of lung cancer is high, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
