汉字和以汉字为载体的中国书法是中华民族的文化瑰宝,是人类文明的宝贵财富。书法教育对培养学生的书写能力、审美能力和文化品质具有重要作用。为推进中小学书法教育,传承中华民族优秀文化,教育部于2011年下发了《教育部关于中小学开展书法教育的意见》,并于2013年下发了《中小学书法教育指导纲要》,要求中小学书法教育“进教材、进课表、进课堂、进活动”。目前,书法教师队伍是以语文教师为主体、专兼职相结合,其教学教研专业能力亟需进一步提升。本刊开辟“书法教育”专栏,旨在设立一个讲解书法理论与书法教学经验交流的平台,辟一角介绍书法家及其书法特点的空间,为广大教研员和教师更好地进行书法教育实践提供指导。全国政协常委、中国书法家协会副主席苏士澍先生多年来在“两会”上呼吁国家应该加强中小学书法教育。本期,我们连线苏士澍先生,来感受苏先生对书法教育的深刻理解与把握。
Chinese characters and Chinese calligraphy as the carrier of Chinese calligraphy is the cultural treasures of the Chinese nation, is the precious wealth of human civilization. Calligraphy education plays an important role in cultivating students’ writing ability, aesthetic ability and cultural quality. In order to promote calligraphy education in primary and secondary schools and inherit the fine culture of the Chinese nation, the Ministry of Education issued the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Calligraphy Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in 2011, and issued the “Guidance Outline for Calligraphy Education in Primary and Secondary Schools” in 2013, Requirements of primary and secondary calligraphy education “into the textbooks, into the schedule, into the classroom, into activities ”. At present, the ranks of calligraphic teachers are mainly composed of Chinese teachers and part-time specialties, and their teaching and research abilities need to be further improved. This publication opens up a column entitled “Calligraphy Education”, aiming to set up a platform for exchanging calligraphy theory and calligraphy teaching experience. It provides a brief introduction to the calligrapher and its calligraphic characteristics and provides better teaching of calligraphy to the majority of teaching staff and teachers Practice to provide guidance. For many years, Mr. Su Shushu, member of the CPPCC Standing Committee and vice chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, called for the state to step up calligraphy education in primary and secondary schools for many years. In this issue, we connect Mr. Su Shi-Shu to feel Mr. Su’s deep understanding and mastery of calligraphy education.
