目的调查深圳市某涉外酒店集中空调通风系统污染现状,为加强其卫生管理提供技术依据。方法根据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生管理办法》相关规定,对集中空调通风系统进行检测和评价。结果所抽取的公共场所集中空调通风系统新风量合格率为66.7%。送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)合格率为100.0%,细菌总数合格率为80.0%,真菌总数合格率为86.7%,β-溶血性链球菌合格率为100.0%。风管内表面积尘量合格率为100.0%,细菌总数合格率为100.0%,真菌总数合格率为53.3%,β-溶血性链球菌合格率为100%。冷却水与冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌检测结果合格率为100.0%。结论该涉外酒店的集中空调通风系统存在一定程度的污染,应加强卫生管理。
Objective To investigate the status quo of air conditioning and ventilation system pollution in a foreign hotel in Shenzhen and provide technical basis for strengthening its health management. Methods According to the relevant regulations of Hygienic Management Measures of Central Air Conditioning Ventilation System in Public Places, the central air conditioning and ventilation system was tested and evaluated. Results The passing rate of fresh air of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places was 66.7%. Air-borne inhalable particulate matter (PM10) pass rate of 100.0%, the total number of bacteria pass rate of 80.0%, the total number of fungi pass rate of 86.7%, β-hemolytic streptococcus pass rate of 100.0%. The passing rate of dust on the inner surface of the duct was 100.0%, the pass rate of the total number of bacteria was 100.0%, the pass rate of the total number of fungi was 53.3% and the pass rate of β-hemolytic streptococcus was 100%. Legionella pneumophila in cooling water and condensate test results pass rate of 100.0%. Conclusion There is a certain degree of pollution in the centralized air conditioning and ventilation system of the foreign hotel, and health management should be strengthened.
