近年来,随着我国经济市场的建立和完善,建筑业得到了空前的发展,建筑工程施工技术管理也随之暴露出许多问题。建筑施工技术管理作为建筑工程施工管理中的重要组成部分,其管理水平的高低决定着施工作业效率、工程的整体质量,因此加快施工技术管理的优化势在必行。该文首先探讨施工技术优化的重要性,然后分析现阶段我国施工技术管理中存在的问题,并提出相应的优化措施,以期为我国建筑工程施工技术管理的优化提供参考。
In recent years, with the establishment and improvement of the economic market in our country, the construction industry has enjoyed unprecedented development, and the construction technology management of the construction project has also exposed many problems. As an important part of construction management, the management of construction technology determines the efficiency of construction work and the overall quality of construction. Therefore, it is imperative to accelerate the optimization of construction technology management. This article first discusses the importance of construction technology optimization, and then analyzes the existing problems in construction technology management in our country and puts forward corresponding optimization measures in order to provide reference for the optimization of construction technology management in China.
