提高利润的压力迫使管理人员不得不改进技术以降低资产管理成本,这改变了维修人员和维修操作的地位。日益复杂的技术系统、公众对产品质量的要求以及关于产品责任的新法律等也进一步推进了可靠性和维修性的发展。本文描述了可靠性和维修性在总体设计中的地位以及其对寿命周期费用和总体设备效率的影响,列举了一些实际可行的可靠性和维修性的评估方法,并给出了一些实例。最后简单地介绍了一些系统方法在斯洛文尼亚“早期设备管理”领域的基本运用和早期成果。
The pressure to raise profits forced managers to improve technology to reduce the cost of asset management, which changed the status of maintenance staff and maintenance operations. Increasingly sophisticated technical systems, public demand for product quality and new laws on product liability are furthering the development of reliability and maintainability. This paper describes the reliability and maintainability in the overall design of the status and its impact on the life cycle costs and the overall efficiency of the equipment, cites some practical reliability and maintainability assessment methods, and gives some examples. Lastly, a brief introduction is given to the basic application and early results of some systematic approaches in the field of “early equipment management” in Slovenia.
