探讨ＣＤ４４Ｖ８－１０在胃癌中的表达及意义。方法：用ＳＰ免疫组化方法检测ＣＤ４４Ｖ８－１０在胃癌中的表达。结果：ＣＤ４４Ｖ８－１０阳性表达与胃癌的部位、浸润深度无关（Ｐ＞０．０５），与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移和远处转移有关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：ＣＤ４４Ｖ８－１０在胃癌转移中可能起一定作用，并可能对高危病人的预后判断有一定价值。
To investigate the expression and significance of CD44V8-10 in gastric cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of CD44V8-10 in gastric cancer. RESULTS: The positive expression of CD44V8-10 was not related to the location and invasive depth of gastric cancer (P>0.05). It was related to the differentiation of gastric cancer, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (P<0.05). Conclusion: CD44V8-10 may play a role in the metastasis of gastric cancer, and may have a certain value in the prognosis of high-risk patients.
