本文报道1442例胃癌,手术治疗1242例,手术率86.13％,手术切除1016例,手术切除率81.80％,术后发生各种并发症123例,发生率9.90％,计胸腔感染25例(2.01％),吻合口瘘19例(1.52％),腹腔感染19例(1.52％)粘连性肠梗阻15例(1.2O％)等.本组1242例手术中.死亡25例,死亡率为2.01％.其中吻合口瘘11例(0.88％),其次胸腔,肺部感染6例(0.48％)为主要死因.本文对常见并发症的发生原因加以分析并提出其防治意见.
This article reported 1442 cases of gastric cancer, surgical treatment of 1242 cases, the surgical rate of 86.13%, surgical resection of 1016 cases, surgical resection rate of 81.80%, postoperative complications in 123 cases, the incidence of 9.90%, accounting for 25 cases of chest infection (2.01% ), 19 cases of anastomotic leakage (1.52%), 19 cases of abdominal infection (1.52%) 15 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction (1.2O%) and so on. This group of 1242 cases of surgery. 25 cases of death, the mortality rate was 2.01%. Among them, 11 cases were anastomotic fistula (0.88%), followed by chest and lung infections (0.48%) were the main causes of death. This article analyzed the causes of common complications and put forward their prevention and control opinions.
