患者男性,16岁。因上腹部受撞击后疼痛不适入院。腹部CT示肝右叶有2个巨大包裹性囊性占位,大小分别为10.3 cm×7.3 cm和6.7 cm×6 cm,边缘锐利,境界清楚,其内密度不均,有分隔(图1)。查体:血常规、电解质、肝功能及AFP均正常。患者无乙型肝炎病史。行剖腹探查术。术中见肝右叶明显肿大,从肝内穿刺抽出600 ml陈旧性血液;剖

Abdominal CT showed two large encircled cystic lesions in the right lobe of the liver, with sizes of 10.3 cm × 7.3 cm and 6.7 cm × 6 cm, respectively. The edges were sharp and the territory was clear with uneven density and separation (Figure 1) . Physical examination: blood, electrolytes, liver function and AFP are normal.
