涠10—3北油田于1991年8月15日正式投产。该工程是南海西部石油公司完全依靠自己的力量完成的。整个工程从决策到投产仅用了8个多月的时间,创造了油田建设当年设计、当年采办、当年施工、当年投产的高速度。该项目的成功,不仅为扩大开发涠10—3油田周围的小断块构造提供了一种简便灵活的早期生产系统,而且为短周期、低投资、加快海上小型油田的开发开拓了新途径。投产一个多月来,该油田的原油日产量达1200多m~3,其中3号油井的单井日产量就达1000多m~3。
涠 10-3 North Oilfield was officially put into operation on August 15, 1991. The project is completed by the South China Sea western oil companies rely entirely on their own strength.
