本文将基于问卷调查和数据分析的结果,对当前我国民营电视剧版权交易现状和问题做出实证分析,尝试提出民营电视剧版权交易与保护的路径选择。
Based on the results of questionnaire and data analysis, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the status quo and problems of copyright trading of private TV dramas in our country and attempts to propose the route of copyright trading and protection of private TV dramas.
