在新旧格局交替的深刻变动时期,国际社会中的各种矛盾交织,呈现出一幅扑朔迷离的图景.经济全球化和区域一体化把世界各国更加紧密的联系到了一起,在分享全球化带来利益的同时也共同的承担着全球性的问题.尽管如此,世界各国面临的长期战略性的问题却是和平与发展.当代世界经济发展的一个最大特点就是它的不平衡性,如今发达国家和发展中国家的界限越来越明显.在旧的国际秩序受到巨大冲击和国际政治经济新秩序萌发的同时,广大的发展中国家迫切地要求改变国际旧秩序,建立国际新秩序.中国自1978年实行改革开放以来,取得了令人惊羡的成就--2009年成为世界第三大经济体.但是,存在的问题也同样纷繁复杂,如产业结构问题、国际金融问题、经济发展模式问题等.
