胡锦涛同志指出,各级领导干部要“坚持以求真务实精神去抓落实,并在抓落实的实践中不断提高坚持求真务实的自觉性和坚定性”。回顾近年来郴州市改革开放的历程,我们深刻体会到,抓落实, 必沉在基层;抓落实,必做在实处。只有沉在基层, 做在实处,才能真正弘扬求真务实精神,加快区域发展步伐。
