目的:以复方丹参片与滴丸为代表,从有效成分及其大鼠在体肠吸收等方面进行比较研究,为临床优选药物提供科学根据。方法:以HPLC法检测复方丹参片与滴丸中丹参素、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B、丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、人参皂苷Rg1和Rb1的含量;采用大鼠肠灌流试验观察片剂与滴丸中丹参素、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B的肠吸收情况。结果:每次服药滴丸仅原儿茶醛的服药摄入量高于片剂,其余6种有效成分均低于片剂。原儿茶醛的肠吸收较完全,丹参素和丹酚酸B的肠吸收不显著。十二指肠是这三种成分的主要吸收部位。片剂与滴丸中原儿茶醛在不同肠段的吸收存在差异。结论:复方丹参片与滴丸中有效成分的每次服药摄入量差异明显,且部分成分的大鼠肠吸收特征存在一定的差别。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of compound Danshen Tablets and drop pills on the intestinal absorption of active ingredients and their rats, and to provide a scientific basis for clinical optimization of drugs. Methods: The contents of Danshensu, protocatechuic aldehyde, salvianolic acid B, tanshinone Ⅱ A, cryptotanshinone, ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 in compound Danshen tablets and dripping pills were determined by HPLC. The intestinal perfusion test was used to observe the effects of tablets and Dripping pills Danshensu, protocatechuic aldehyde, salvianolic acid B intestinal absorption. Results: The intake of protocatechuic aldehyde per pill was higher than that of the tablets, and the remaining 6 kinds of active ingredients were lower than the tablets. Primary catechin intestinal absorption more complete, intestinal absorption of salvianolic acid and salvianolic acid B was not significant. The duodenum is the main absorption site for these three components. Differences in the absorption of protocatechuic aldehyde between tablet and dropping pills in different intestinal segments. Conclusion: There is significant difference in the intake of active ingredients between compound Danshen Tablets and dripping pills, and there are some differences in intestinal absorption characteristics of some components of rats.
