目前许多企业集团会建立独立财务公司,其目的就是为了提升企业资金使用效率,并做到资金集中妥善管理,因此作为非银行金融机构,它是每个企业集团都需要设立的重要单位。通过它来实现对集团内部资金的集中整合规划,并借助投资及融资等手段来达成集团资源优化目的。本文首先阐述了目前企业集团财务公司的资金管理模式,然后以某S企业集团财务公司为例,基于企业发展状况为其设计资金管理模式,对企业集团财务公司资金管理完善展开论述。
At present, many enterprise groups will set up independent financial companies. The purpose is to promote the efficiency of capital utilization and to manage funds in a centralized and proper manner. As a non-bank financial institution, it is an important unit that every enterprise group needs to set up. Through it to achieve the internal integration of funds within the group planning, and through investment and financing and other means to achieve the purpose of group resources optimization. At first, this paper elaborates the fund management mode of the financial corporations in the current enterprise group. Then, taking a certain S corporation financial company as an example, this paper designs a fund management mode based on the development of the enterprise and discusses the improvement of the fund management of the financial corporations in the enterprise group.
