11月11日至12月10日,杭州市共成交商品房7866套,其中普通公寓6888套、酒店式公寓801套、排屋别墅177套。本期小户型成交依然活跃,面积在90平方米以下的房源占总成交量的57.43%。主城区均价在15000—20000元/平方米之间的房源1940套,占到总成交量的41.48%,总价在200万—300万元的房源成为市场的主力。
